Private Marina We are located in Lake Union on Westlake Avenue North, less than 5 miles to downtown Seattle. We have 6 long docks, all boats side tie to docks. We have about 70 boats in our marina ranging in size from 18 feet to 65 feet. We are family-owned dating back over 50 years.
