37.22277° N, 76.66277° W The Kingsmill marina features annual boat slip leases for boats up to 80' (depending on beam width), concrete floating docks, water and power connections (30Amp and 50Amp), bathroom and shower, dockside fuel service and a harbor shop. Kingsmill also offers dry storage facilities with secured access to residents of the community. The marina is at the base of a hill, so it is a bit of a hike to the pools, showers etc. Free resort shuttle cart upon demand and a shuttle to Williamsburg. The entrance was narrow and unmarked.
