Three each commercial size washers and gas dryers in an air-conditioned environment, AND they are for your use at NO charge. The grounds show pride in ownership. They have for your use 3 golf carts (in good condition and clean) to the local hardware, grocery, and dining facilities. Enjoy your 3 block ride to town while admiring all the beautiful homes along the way. Well-marked private aids adjustant to the ICW. Great Wi-Fi (5 bars). We wish the new owners continued success.
