Summer Rates (May 1 - Oct 31) Summer Customers Not Storing your boat for winter are not guaranteed your location without a $200 Deposit and signed contract by September 30th. Valet Storage All spaces are on a first come, first serve basis. Your contract & deposit reserve your space. Wet Storage Size of Boat plus 3' x Rate = Season Rate Electric is metered and billed monthly. Overnight Dock Slips (Call for Availability) $1 per foot with a $30 minimum. Add $10 per night for Electric.
