Muscatine Municipal Boat Harbor

The City of Muscatine operates the Municipal Boat Harbor and Marina located by Riverside Park on the mighty Mississippi River. The harbor has 8 slips for houseboats and 48 slips for smaller, pleasure, and speed boats. Slips are available for rent for the current season. Slips are non-covered and each one is equipped with electricity and water. For more information on slip rentals and pricing, please call 563.263.0241. Municipal Gas Dock The gas dock is located in the channel just outside of the harbor. Both gas and diesel are available during the season. Regular weekend hours are established during peak season. Gas may also be available during the week between the hours of 8:30 am to 2:30 pm on an appointment basis when staff is available. Call the Parks and Recreation Department at 563.263.0241 to schedule a weekday appointment. The gas dock is in operation from approximately Memorial Day through Labor Day. These dates may fluctuate based on flooding, maintenance or construction situations. Also located at the gas dock is a pump out station. Pump out is free with a fuel purchase or $5 without.
