Villas at Safe Harbor (Private)

The Villas at Safe Harbor is a community of zero-lot-line attached villas and single family homes surrounding a private, protected harbor that opens directly to the Mississippi River. All our homes have views of the harbor and the river. Residents can enjoy watching boat traffic on the river, beautiful sunsets, and the convenience of having their own vessel moored right in front of their home. Although flooding is an occasional occurrence along the Mississippi River, our community is elevated above the flood plain, so flood insurance is not required.
