Our marina and boatyard are situated in Bungus Bay in Gocek, a town of Fethiye district in Mugla, only five minutes from the town centre and 20 minutes from Dalaman International Airport. The marina and its experienced staff provide you with mooring places and a dry storage area in the vicinity of Gocek, which has become popular mostly among charter companies and private yacht owners, especially during the summer season. We provide lifting, launching and every kind of maintenance services in an area of 30.000 m² with two travelifts (75 ton and 200 ton) for private yachts and charter yachts. Also, we will be playing an important role as logistics support to counter the difficulties associated with short stays of charter yachts.

Yes Marina lies in the southwest corner of Fethiye bay, one nautical mile west of the town harbour. At the jetty up to 30 yachts can moor at a depth of 3-5m. (maximum length of the boat should be 25m.)

An excellent boutique marina with a capacity of 30 sailing boats in front of dense pine trees on the west side of Söğüt Bay. It is an exemplary facility that Haluk Karamanoğlu and his family created, maintains and improves every day, traveling around the world with their boat Deriska in 1988-93. There is a vault, electricity. water and TV connection is made. Your boat is safely moored in the clean water of Söğüt Bay. In this marinette, which is almost the center of the sailors in the region, there is a market, ice, shower, WC and laundry. It has a wireless connection. Carpenter, electrical and mechanical works are serviced. Under the pine forests, the facility in the greenery has a restaurant, bar, cafe, fitness center, sauna, tennis court. Marmaris 23 is 100 km from Dalaman Airport. Transfers are made to all airports in Marmaris and the region. When necessary, fuel needs are met, technical materials are ordered from Marmaris. There is a company that provides cargo service from Marmaris to here. An infirmary and a nurse are present in the facility, and a doctor is called when necessary. Marmaris is a town in Turkey, along the Mediterranean coast in the province of Muğla. Marmaris region belongs to the ancient city of Caria (3400 BC) and every place has the remnants of the ancient cities. The Pupa Yacht Marina is located 4 miles away from the busy city of Marmaris in a beautiful corner of the bay. The small park next to the hotel and its natural beach with crystal clear sea waters meet with green pine woods with the fragrance of liquidambar trees, the entire environment tempting to take a walk or a swim on the spot. The restaurant / bar in the garden offers a large selection of traditional Turkish meals as well as fresh fish and meat dishes, sometimes prepared on the garden barbecue. Next to the marina you will find a large parking area, a taxi service available 24 hours a day and a minibus stop (the Turkish dolmuş), where buses leave in 15 minutes intervals starting at 07:00 hrs in the morning until 01:00 hrs at night. The marina features a floating docking system with mooring lines for up to 30 berths where yachts are tied stern to. The berths are spacious enough to allow berth holders to sail their boats whenever they wish without prior co-ordination with other skippers. Each berth has access to a service box providing fresh water and 220 V / 16 Amp. electricity free of charge. If adaptors should be required, just let our Pupa Yacht Office know. YACHT OFFICE The Pupa Yacht Office is open 24 hours per day and our staff will handle inquiries and support requests in a timely manner and with care. In case of emergency, please, inform our office immediately, so that adequate measures can be taken. If you should need sea maps, ropes or other pieces of equipment we shall not hesitate to provide those from our own stocks or we will assist you in obtaining them from Marmaris. There is also a boat cleaning service available. WORKSHOP AND TECHNICAL SERVICE You will always find our staff friendly, approachable and helpful. They are here to look after you and to make sure your holidays is memorable. Our staff at your service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in 3 bases Bodrum, Marmaris and Göcek, where there are offices and spare parts depots. In most of the areas you will be sailing, we have contractors and local technicians, who can have an immediate look at the situation and take care of the necessary arrangements. In case of a more serious nature, or a lack of spare parts, we will immediately send you from one of our main bases the required part, or the services of a skilled technician, who will solve your problem with the least delay to the remainder of your holiday. The technical service of Pupa Yacht is at your disposal, whenever it is necessary. If a pump or any other part is broken, a phone call from your mobile telephone or the next restaurant is enough go let the Pupa Yacht specialist come to your boat. SHOWERS AND TOILETS At present berth holders can use the facilities of the hotel located outside of the buildings. Plans for the construction of a new building with toilets and showers in the vicinity of the pontoon, i.e. close to the moored yachts, have been completed; the new facility will be available shortly. FUEL AND OIL The petrol station at the foot of the pontoon provides Diesel, oil and lubrications; on special request also petrol can be obtained in reasonable quantities. SAFETY The marina is under continuous control of guards, i.e. 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. FIRE PRECAUTIONS Our fire precaution equipment consists of 6 kg, 9 kg and 50 kg halogen and dry powder fire extinguishers. In addition we have installed a Lamborghini pump with a capacity of 30 t of sea water per hour. All in all we feel well equipped in case a fire should break out. Worth mentioning is also that the road leading to the pontoon has been designed in way that fire lorries have easy access to the pontoon and the yachts. In case of fire we strongly advise to immediately inform the Pupa Yacht Office in order to obtain further assistance from the local fire protection force if deemed necessary. TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES We are pleased to offer to you the use of our facsimile and photocopy machines for a nominal charge. The current price list is available at the Pupa Yacht Office. For those of you, who travel with your laptop, we offer printouts on one of our printers at the Pupa Yacht Office; you can also be granted access to the internet and receive / send emails. Clients without 'high tech equipment' can do internet surfing on our PCs. Marmaris Port is surrounded by densely wooded mountains, splitted by ravines with some indentations bordered by pine forest. Marmaris Port lies in a diameter of 2.5 Mile and the depths are 30 m. The port is protected by Nimara (Yıldız) and Keçi Island from southerlies. Nimara Island is a peninsula, it is connected to the mainland with an isthmus called as Yalancı Boğaz. The bay is connected to open sea by two passages. The passage Büyük Boğaz is 750 m wide and there are 38 m depths in the fairway. There are lights on both shores at the head of the passage. Both shores are free from any obstacles. There are patches at İnceburun Light. Keep 30 m distance off. The passage between Keçi Adası and Mehmet Sarı Burnu is called as Küçük Boğaz, it is 465 m wide. An islet, Kargı Adası stands in the middle of the passage. There are sufficient depths (about 38 m) on both sides, and they are free of dangers. This stretch of coast is fully covered by hotels and summer sites. A nice boulevard behind the beach between Marmaris - İçmeler continues for 7 km. The settings are impressive among flowers and pine trees. Swimming areas are cordoned off with buoys. Boats can be anchored off swimming buoys, paying attention with piers locations ashore. The main anchorage to be tucked up is on the western side of the port. The bottom is sand-weed and it provides good holding. Boats swing at anchor in 8 - 14 m. Prevailing wind pushes swell in. Care is needed as this side gets very crowded by tripper boats and they constanly churn in and out. This anchorage becomes untenable when southerlies blow strong, it becomes too bumy. The anchorage on the northern side of Nimera Island affords sheltering from southerlies. There are number of visiting boats and families winterizing afloat in Marmaris. Marmaris area carries typical Mediterranean climate characteristics- mild and rainy, relatively warm in winter and dry in summer. Marmaris sits on the marvelous natural harbour where Lord Nelson organised his fleet for the attack on the French at Abukir in 1798. Marmaris is a popular designation for scuba diving. There are several dive centers in Marmaris that arrange guided diving trips, excursions and even provide diving lessons for the inexperienced individuals, eager to try out this underwater sport. Atlantis Waterpark is a very popular Marmaris destination for fun-lovers of all ages, with numerous slides, kids pool, wave pool, mini golf, bowling, restaurants, bars and entertainment. QUAY This run by the Marmaris Municipality, and it is cheaper to moor here. The shores below the Marmaris Castle on the peninsula are surrounded by quays. All gullets and some foreign and domestic yachts moor along this quay area. At the quay, which has a water depth of 3 - 4 metres, you can get water and power connections. The fuel for bunkering is brought by tankers. There are 58 sea vaults for easy anchoring. This marina is a long and windy marina, run by the city of Marmaris, and hosts almost all the charter boats in Marmaris. Private vessels can stay here if there is room. Some of the marina faces restaurants and bars that play music, but not so loud as the music played on "Bar" street, on block inward. No protection from any swells or wind Approach and Navigation It is best to approach Marmaris via the channel (Şark Boğazı) between Keçi Adası to the W and Yildiz or Nimara Adası to the E, staying in the middle of the channel. Warning : There can be very strong gusts in Şark Boğazı when there is a strong southerly wind. The region of the quay, being on the strolling street, gets very busy in the evening. Behind it there are all types of bars and restaurants. Marmaris Port is administrated by the municipality and mooring charges are relatively cheaper than the marinas. Gullets and yachts go stern on quays. There are 3 - 8 m depth on the quays and the depth at the head is 1 - 3 m. Water and electricity (mono and three phases 220/380V -16/25/32 Amp) connections are available. Fuel can be obtained from truck-tanker. Bilge water discharge service is provided. The former settlements of the city were around the castle. This castle was built in 1522 during Suleyman the Magnificent's journey to conquer Rhodes. The old houses and narrow streets are worth visiting. All provisions can be found. All bank branches, private and state hospitals, regular transport facilities for most destination in Turkey are available.

Fethiye is a city and district of Muğla Province in the Aegean region. Modern day Fethiye is located on the site of the ancient city of Telmessos, the ruins of which can be seen in the city, e.g. the Hellenistic theatre by the main quay. An interesting peculiarity of the ancient city is the fame of its oracles. The oracles of Telmessos, devoted to Apollo, have had great impact on the course of ancient history. The history of Fethiye, known as Telmessos in the antique period, and the most important city of Lycia -one of the oldest Anatolian Civilisations- reaches far back to 5th century BC. Fethiye provides all-round shelter except in heavy northerlies. A long quay by the ferry port has berthing capacity up to 120 boats and it is administrated by the municipality. Water and electricty connections are available, fuel can be obtained from a tanker truck. The quay gets crowded by excurison boats and gullets in summer. The settings behind the quay is attractive. MARINA QUAY In the city center the quay that extends to the west is owned by the Fethiye Municipality. You can anchor in 10 - 15 meters on the west of the marine. You can anchor on the rowing club on the west end of Fethiye Port. The market and restaurants are very close. There are also many hotels nearby.
