The Navy Commission (JHC) organizes summer storage, winter storage, and a 4-week period, including planning and tracking of changes for all ships. The actual parking and launching are done by the boat owners/members themselves. The JHC also performs all maintenance and renovation work on the association's buildings and grounds.
