The sailing association Thalwil is fortunate to have various berths. They belong to the canton or Hafen Farbsteig AG, but we manage them. We currently have 50 drying places, 28 buoys and 17 harbour places available. Active membership in our association is, of course, a prerequisite for inclusion in the waiting lists. The Männedorf Port Cooperative was founded in 1976, construction of the facility began at the end of September 1981. The 154 (current) berths were available at the beginning of May 1982. The port of Weieren is located at the western entrance to the village from Männedorf on Seestrasse, just below the Weieren sewage treatment plant. Together with the Villa Alma park and the promontory to the west, the pier and the walkways, it forms one of the most beautiful green spaces in the Männedorf community. As the area is called Weieren, we also talk about the port of Weiren (there is also the Weiern variant). The port cooperative is in charge of the administration on behalf of the cooperative, while the secretary and the port captain take care of the day by day.

Internal parking spaces are located on the opposite side of the street next to the Schwarzenbach winery. Our parking spaces are signposted. In good weather, you can also take your boat from our own jetty, eg. B. von Boesch, dock and spend a lazy afternoon on Lake Zurich. Our moorings are only granted to buyers of new boats. In addition to the moorings at our port facility, depending on the size of the vessel, there are spots available in the serviced dry warehouse and in the self-service dry warehouse.
