About Marina Portorož (Residence Marina)
The first Slovenian marina, founded back in 1974 on the foundations of the former Lucian salt pans, today comprises over 1,000 berths in the sea, on land, in two halls and in the Fazan Canal. It is safely placed in the wind from all directions protected eastern part of the Bay of Piran, where at any time of the year favorable conditions for safe navigation and amateur sailing.
