You are not permitted to work on your own boat. Good indoor wintering facility. Chandlery next door. No other amenities close by. Taxi to grocery store. In San Giorgio de Nogaro we caught the train to Venice which took less than an hour.

Great little marina with a restaurant and clean amenities. Be careful as the entry is shallow and there is a ride in the lagoon. The old town is fantastic and well worth a visit. Easy walk to town and shops. Chandlery nearby.

The Muggia Sailing Club is located in Muggia, a few minutes from Trieste and the neighbouring Slovenia. It is an amateur sports club aimed at promoting sailing through various activities: sailing school for children aged 6 to 14 years, laser competitive team and organizing yacht racing for cruisers and offshore boats. There is a restaurant open to members inside. The moorings are equipped with 100 berths located at the foot of the Muggia castle.
