About Vitorláskikötő BH Zrt.
Tihany is perhaps the most famous Marina on Lake Balaton. The single-seat open water port was commissioned in 1910. Orientation: SE. Its main attraction is the Benedictine Abbey, founded in 1055, which can be seen from anywhere in the eastern basin, but even from many parts of the western basin. The port of BH ZRt is open to the public, on the western side of the harbour basin there are 4-4 berths at the two short piers and 7 berths at the shore wall. The harbour pool is protected from the waves caused by the north wind, but the wind also blows here unhindered. Winds from the south and east, on the other hand, cause unpleasant waves in the port.
