ACI marina Split, with the harbors of two sailing clubs, protected by solid rock breakwater from southerly winds and rough seas, offers a glorious view of Split and its center – Diocletian’s Palace. It is at ACI Marina Split that the Split Lungomare begins; the longest and most certainly one of the most beautiful promenades in the Adriatic. ACI marina Split was awarded the prize “Tourist Flower – Quality for Croatia” for the third place in 2017 in the category of the best medium marina on the Adriatic, while in 2017 received the award for the second place. ACI marina split is also the winner of the prestigious Blue Flag Award. Approach The city port of Split is a large ferry port, requiring extra caution when approaching. Ships leaving the port have the right of way in manoeuvring, which it is advisable not to disrupt. It is also forbidden to anchor in any part of the port, except in emergencies. The port is entered through a wide passage marked by lights and day-time markings. When approaching the port the following landmarks can be used: the prominent bell tower of the Cathedral of St. Domnius; Cape Sustipan; and a stone monument to seafarers in the shape of a lighthouse, which is in fact a lighted stone obelisk (Fl(2) W 20s 54m 10M). On the port (left-hand) side stony Cape Sustipan there is a red tower with a red light (Fl R 6s 9m 5M), while on the starboard (right-hand) side of the entrance to the port, on the head of the main breakwater, there is a prominent green lighthouse (Fl G 6s 11m 10M), equipped with a fog signal and 30-second horn. When approaching ACI’s marina white rocks can be seen on the wooded peninsula of Sustipan, as can the inside breakwater at the eastern entrance to the marina, marked by a red tower with a column, gallery and light (Fl R 2s 6m 3M). The reception building, restaurants and workshops in the marina are also visible. When approaching the marina and the small ports to the west of it, steer closer to the head of the inside breakwater. As the area of the newly-built western waterfront has not been surveyed hydrographically, berthing there is forbidden, except when approaching the fuel station.

ACI marina Mlina is located at the bottom of the southeast part of Mlina harbor, opposite the town’s center, where the charming town streets meet the sea. Clear sea, homemade healthy food, ideal diving, sailing and fishing conditions – are merely some of the reasons to come to this lovely Mediterranean place. The prestigious award Blue Flag, which the marina Mlina proudly won, confirms that. Approach The town of Milna is situated at the bottom of its namesake long bay, indented deeply into the western coastline of the island of Brač. The islet of Mrdulja, 2.5 miles west of Milna, can serve as a landmark when approaching. On it there is a green lighthouse (Fl G 3s 14m 4M) and it can be rounded from all sides. The exact position of the Mrdulja lighthouse is 43°20.3’ N 16°24.9’ E. From the island the route to Milna passes Cape Bijaka where there is a red lighthouse (Fl R 3s 8m 3M). The church bell tower at the bottom of the bay points the way to ACI Marina Milna’s entrance. On the town pier at the entrance to the marina, on the port (left-hand) side, there is a red lighthouse (Fl(2) R 5s 7m 4M).

The bay where the town of Vrboska is located is long and narrow, like a fjord. ACI marina Vrboska is located in the outer part of the harbor of Vrboska.The rich tradition of fishing is evident in the cuisine offered in this charming, warm small town. Nowadays, the primary activity in Vrboska is tourism, of course, and the ACI marina represents economically the most important establishment in Vrboska. Marina Vrboska has been awarded the Blue Flag for years. Approach Vrboska is a town and harbour situated on the northern coast of the island of Hvar, at the end of a deep and narrow bay, so the marina provides good shelter from all winds. When approaching from the north, a good landmark is provided by the island of Zečevo, which has a lighthouse (Fl W 5s 11m 5M) the exact position of which is 43° 11.5’ N 16° 42.1’ E. To reach ACI Marina Vrboska the Glavica peninsula must be rounded. At night one should steer towards the red lighthouse marking the entrance to Jelsa (Fl R 3s 6m 5M). When the lighthouse on Cape Križ (Fl W 2s 5m 5M) comes into view, the lights of the town of Vrboska will also become visible; steer in that direction. When coming from the south, southeast or east, the marina can be approached by sailing along the northern coast of Hvar Island from east to west. All three lighthouses mentioned above are visible at night and the piers of ACI’s marina are illuminated as well.

Marina Kaštela is a recently built marina in Croatia. It is situated on the south east side of Kaštela Bay. The bay is shielded by Kozjak Mountain from the north while the Marjan Peninsula and the Čiovo Peninsula guard the bay’s southern side. Komiza Marina is in the care of the Municipality. Countless possibilities for activity can be seen in the nature with which Komiža is inextricably linked. Our travel agencies and private carriers organize full-day trips around the island of Vis, but also to other islands in the vicinity. Adventure lovers can enjoy diving, speleology and parachuting, and there is a growing interest in military tours. The interior of the island is rich in wine routes, and anyone who wants to learn to ride or just enjoy socializing with these noble animals and beautiful nature can join the riding school.

Anchorages, that city of Hvar offers are in port of Hvar and in ACI Club Palmižana on Pakleni Otoci. When docked in city harbour you can enjoy in day and night atmosphere of the town. Pakleni otoci are one of the favourite nautical destinations on the Adriatic. Palmižana marina is situated in an attractive lagoon on the St. Clement island.

Sucuraj is a little ferry and fishing village. It’s located at the foot of Biokovo Mountains and with its beaches it is really idyllic. For yachts there are 9 moorings west of the ferry terminal. In the part which is aligned to the North you berth alongside. Electricity and water are available. Sometimes there is the possibility to berth at the breakwater (space for ferry is necessarily to be held free). Southerly and Southwest winds cause swell. In the village there are a few supermarkets and restaurants.

Splitska is really dedicated to Split, but not in the way that everyone perceives it - as a weekend settlement of the people of Split, but it was already facing Split in the time of Split's first inhabitant, Emperor Diocletian. It was the port from which the stone from Brac was exported "across the sea" for the construction of the Palace. Each of the 400 inhabitants of Splitska will be happy to take you to Rasoh, where Heracles, carved by one of Diocletian's masons, is still standing in the rock. of those ancient bonds with imperial rulers, Splitska still exudes aristocratic peace today, in all that lush greenery on the steep blue bay. The settlement itself developed in the 16th century, from which the castle remains, again in support of the thesis about the aristocratic spirit of the place. It was the second birth: the first took place three centuries before, but Omiš pirates, raw and vicious, crushed every stone. You have to go to the vet in Supetar, seven kilometers away. Split is connected by buses to all places on the island of Brač. If the boat needs any professional help, it can be reached in Supetar The E branch of the inlet where the town lies is quayed around its head. There are numerous small craft moorings along the inner part of the harbour and visiting yachts usually berth on the quay further out, where depths are 3.0 – 4.0 metres. The northernmost part of this quay has three orange mooring buoys with lines tailed back to the quay, which can be used by yachts of up to 12 metres but are too close in for larger vessels. The next 50 metres S is equipped with seven laid moorings in depths of around 3.0 – 3.5 metres. Finally, the projecting part of the quay further S from here (in front of the café) has no mooring lines but space for 2–3 yachts to lie alongside (again, in 3.0 – 3.5 metres). Shelter on the quay is good in winds from W through S to NE, but berths here quickly become uncomfortable in even moderate winds from WNW round to NNE. Marina Vlaška is a small privately-owned marina located just a 15-minute walk away from the picturesque small town of Milna on the western coast of Brač Island. It has three pontoons with 71 berths for yachts up to 20 m long. The bay itself is very tranquil and quiet, surrounded with pine trees and protected from the wind. Marina Vlaška is open all year round. There are no hazards when approaching Milna Bay and Marina Vlaška by boat. The islet of Mrdulja, 2.5 miles west of Milna, can serve as a landmark when approaching. On it there is a green lighthouse and it can be rounded from all sides. The exact position of the Mrdulja lighthouse is 43°20.3’ N 16°24.9’ E. From the island the route to Milna passes Cape Bijaka where there is a red lighthouse. The marina is located 500 m away, on the left-hand side.

Good marina, facilities are well maintained and clean. The harbour wall fills quickly, in mid May we just about got a mooring on the wall at 17.30, plenty of restaurants to choose from, the one opposite the marina is v expensive and a long walk all the way round. Like most Croatian marina's, they are unnecessarily experience. !!
