Annual Moorage: January 1st – December 31st Seasonal Moorage: April 1st – October 31st Parking privileges are included for one vehicle and are non-transferable. Shore Power is a flat rate of $25/month based on 300kwh, additional power will be billed at a cost-recovery basis on the recorded electrical draw. Shore power can be prepaid for a discounted rate of $250 – Annual or $150 – Seasonal (up to 300kwh monthly)
