Private marina. No services. Low bridge clearance at the entrance. Individual Boat Docks The development is built around a deep canal (8-11 feet deep) that provides boat access to the back of many lots. Owners not on the canal may have a slip in the community marina areas. Boats are moored in the sheltered canal and docks can be left in all year.
