About Rio Yacht Club

The Rio Yacht Club, also known as Sailing, was founded on April 14, 1914, under the name Rio Sailing Club. It is a non-profit association, designed to bring together people interested in practicing, promoting and increasing navigation, whether for competitive or leisure purposes.
