The marina is the largest port administered by the state capital, Bregenz. It has 391 moorings in the water and 86 dry moorings. Water moorings are limited to 140 moorings for motorboats over 15 hp. In the Bregenz marina area, there are several restaurants that spoil the sailors with whatever they desire. The Bregenz marina also has a very good infrastructure. Also very popular are excursions to Pfänder, the highest mountain on Lake Constance with a magnificent panoramic view of the lake.

The western part is intended exclusively for scheduled shipping. In the far southeast corner of the harbour there is a guest jetty with mooring lines. Further guest places are available directly on the left side of the port entrance. In addition, there are 15 guest water moorings and 38 dry moorings in the harbour. You can apply for a new mooring (primary residence in Lochau) by completing the application form and submitting it to the Lochau municipality bank administration, for which you have to pay a one-time registration fee. All applications are placed on a waiting list. Moorings are assigned by date based on the order in which payment of the registration fee is received. People whose primary residence is in Lochau are taken into account first when assigning berths.
